Aircare

Joe and I had totally fogotten that my car insurance expires on Monday the 20th. So, today I got to take the car through aircare. What a scary experience! Not that the actual aircare is scary but I have never had a car that passed on the first attempt! *L*

Luckily, the Civic passed and I am now aircare-free for 2 years. YAY!

Research shows that aircare is not effective for reducing emissions so I wonder, why do we keep a program that doesn't work?!? I guess it all comes down to money -- and the ineffective aircare is definitely great at generating revenue for the government. :(
